Super Moist Baked Turkey

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: Depends upon weight of turkey
1 whole frozen turkey, thawed
1 Quart chicken broth
1 Turkey sized cooking bag
1 Large roaster pan
3 Stalks celery
2 Large onions
Remove the neck and sweet breads from inside the turkey cavity. Generously rub salt on inside of bird and all over the outside. Prepare cooking bag according to directions. Put turkey in cooking bag. If you want to serve stuffing or dressing with your turkey, prepare that now and stuff the cavity with the stuffing. If you choose not to prepare stuffing, then insert celery stalks and onions inside turkey.
Pour chicken broth over turkey. Close cooking bag. Here’s the secret to keeping your turkey moist: Turn the turkey breast-side DOWN and place in the roasting pan. This way, all the cooking juices will continually flow down through the white breast meat. By using a cooking bag, the entire bird will bake up moist and delicious. Bake turkey according to the time recommendations on the packaging of the turkey.
