A layout of my beautiful daughter holding her first paycheck. Yay! Actually, she’s spent countless hours volunteering over the last 4 years, so she’s got a lot of unpaid experience under her belt. She’s still doing some volunteer hours, but it’s nice to have some spending money too. *smile*
Thanks everyone for your kind comments regarding the lightening strike at our house. Fortunately no one was hurt. We’re having to replace most items out of pocket, but I really can’t complain. It could have been a lot worse. My SIL had a similar thing happen to them, and they ended up have to have most of the house’s electrical wiring and phone lines replaced. UGH!

WHO HOO! That’s a HUGE step in the life of a young one.
I’m reading your posts backwards….lol This is another great layout! Ok, you get to come to Ohio and teach me to digi-scrap! My dd’s do a lot of volunteer work here in Dublin…and they love it! Especially working at our Irish Festival…Kirsten always draws attention because she does her Irish dance during “downtime” and that usually tends to gather a few onlookers…she’s ok till they start clapping along with her dance…then she gets a bit embarassed.
